Biography

Born and raised in Vancouver, Nick enjoys spending the winter months skiing the beautiful local mountains and spends the summers riding his motorcycle around this breathtaking city. At an early age, Nick took a liking to architecture and designing homes of dream properties that lead his path into pursuing business courses at Kwantlen and BCIT. After completing his business education, Nick decided to follow his Real Estate passion by attending UBC. At 22, Nick purchased his first home and within months into ownership. 

Nick comes from a strong service and sales background where his passion for Real Estate is fuelled daily with the ever-unique growing Vancouver Real Estate Market. His caring and genuine approach delivers pride in every detail and task that he is presented with. Nick’s long term zest for Real Estate has driven him to Dexter  Realty in the heart of Yaletown.
